Documents tell a story.  Once a solution is developed, a series of documents is developed

that define the extents of a construction contract and communicate the project team’s vision

(the story) to a group of previously uninvolved parties: builders, Regulators, tradesmen, and

craftsmen.

Although there has never been a "perfect" set of construction documents produced by any

Architect or Engineer, we have been very fortunate to receive many recommendations and

referrals from different Contractors. These Contractors have seen firsthand

that we understand how a building must be assembled, and that we produce

a set of comprehensive, easily understood documents. The direct result of

this is less confusion in the field, more efficient construction processes,

shorter construction timelines, and fewer change orders.
