Facilities MasterPlanning is the process of planning future facilities, equipment, and systems.
Strategic Planning is the process by which organizations plan their future activities.
Strategic MasterPlanning, a careful blending of the two, evolves out of a thorough examination of all the business plans, interactive relationships and activities of an organization and then planning the use of the facilities to support the current and projected business/ministry plans.
The foundation of an organization’s facilities is the Vision that guides its direction. The activities should be built upon that vision, and the facilities serve as a framework to enable these activities to be most effective.

We have developed a system for working with organizations to establish a direct line of communication and personal involvement by all stakeholders. This personal involvement allows us to stimulate your ideas, and provides us with the background information to explore and present alternatives for a design solution that will respond to the unique goals and objectives of your community. The result becomes a team solution.
The key to a successful Strategic MasterPlan lies in the process by which it is developed. Just as a skilled carpenter utilizes a whole array of specialized tools to create a beautiful piece of furniture, we utilize a variety of tools from our toolbox with which to create the optimal planning process.
